I came in for a wheel alignment, but after inspecting my vehicle, I was told I needed new tires and that there was “no point” in performing an alignment until the tires were replaced. I understood and simply asked for a quote on the tires. However, when I told them I planned to get the work done elsewhere, they tried to charge me for an alignment that was never performed. I asked the lady cashing me out to have the technician provide the alignment comparison since he had just told me he did not perform an alignment. Once she questioned him for it he told me I was good to go, confirming my suspicions. It was obvious he was annoyed and wasn’t expecting me to question the charge for a service he never completed. This experience left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of customers who may not know better. Charging for a service that was never performed is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone, and I hope they start treating customers with honesty and integrity.

Amazing customer service. This was my first time at this Firestone. Got a flat tire last night and called Firestone this morning. Spoke with Dan who pulled up my account and found the tire I needed. When I got there with the loose wheel a few hours later, they already had me on the schedule in the system. I was out of there with my new tire in 20 minutes. Thank you Dan and Josh!

Dan is AMAZING!!! Came in to get a tire fixed last minute, he was so patient with me and smiling the whole time. Def has made my experience wonderful today!

This Firestone was a lifesaver for me. Jed had great customer service all around at the front and the team had my car fixed very quickly. Also Jed was able to notice a mistake on my previous tire purchase from a different Firestone store. They were super helpful all around and able to get me a replacement tire under warranty quick and easy. I would definitely recommend going and getting tires from here the store is nice and clean inside and the team is very helpful and will help you with whatever your needs are. Couldn’t recommend this place more and the customer service they provided.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, 4 tires, and a complete vehicle inspection. Despite dropping off at 10AM, my car wasn't pulled in until noon. Walk-in customers were being served and completed faster than my scheduled appointment. At the 4+ hour mark, it was discovered during ring-up that my tires had been completely forgotten, not installed or anything. The battery, steering, and alignment inspections also weren't started until nearly 5 hours in; after I pointed it out. The front desk associate even admitted twice that they had "lost sight of me" and "forgotten about me." The one bright spot was the front desk employee, who was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire ordeal; this review is no reflection on them. What should have taken 2-3 hours max took over 5, and several services were only completed because I was still there to notice. I'd recommend going to a different location.
